Justice for Suzanne
has been created to hold both the prosecution and defense accountable for their actions in the case of Suzanne Morphew. The movement aims to ensure that citizens will not accept anything less than justice for Suzanne. Unfortunately, there have been mistakes made by both sides.
The prosecution has failed to bring justice for Suzanne by not conducting a thorough investigation. They have failed to follow leads and to catch the ambiguous questioning conducted by the defense. The defense has intentionally obfuscated not only the witness and judge with their equivocal questioning, but they have also confounded themselves, making it arduous to construct their own narrative that aligns with their falsified documents.
Suzanne's case has garnered significant attention in the media, both mainstream and in social media. Her case is not limited to the United States but has reached Ireland and Australia. Numerous social media platforms have been circulating their own subjective narratives, which is regrettable for those seeking accurate information about the case.
All information that will be provided has been acquired from legal documentation obtained directly from the court's website. For your convenience the downloads will be here for you to download and were taken straight from the site or you can look for them on your own however make sure you use the court's website to get them from not the ones floating around on social media. Some of those documents have been altered.

Information that will be spoken about will come from Legal court documents that can be downloaded straight from the court's website. Transcripts will be referred to as well. We will note that all transcripts have been acquired directly from the transcribing service company and not downloaded from the internet. These transcripts will not be downloaded, however, you may write to the transcribing company as we did and request them for a fee.
Thoughts and comments will be shared and indicated as such. These comments are not to sway your thoughts but rather to encourage you to question them or to possibly have you open your mind to other possibilities. You must arrive at your own conclusions by scrutinizing things that don't seem right by using common sense and relying on information obtained from credible sources. Avoid information that has been circulating on social media and even some that have been written by certain journalists who speak with no evidence or twisted claims to back up what they say. They are more about being paid and gaining their 15 minutes of fame. You can even find information written by the defense trying to be incognito trying to sway your thoughts on various social media platforms. Let the facts lead you to the answers, not a second-string journalist or a defense attorney playing games. It’s up to you to come to your own conclusion. Don't let social media mislead you with non-factual information that does not show the entire source.
In today’s world, it is not uncommon for people to jump to conclusions and make accusations without proper evidence. Some even resort to using trickery and rants to sway public opinion. However, we believe that it is important to study the facts and follow them. It is important to note that audio recordings can be misleading and make it difficult to discern the truth. For instance, undercover police officers may wear a wire to record conversations with a corrupt group of people. While the recording may make it sound like the officer is also involved in the corruption, in reality, they are gathering the evidence for the greater good.
This is a prime example of how things are not always what they seem.
By taking the time to investigate and gather all the facts, we can ensure that we are making informed decisions and not jumping to conclusions. It is important to remain objective and avoid making assumptions based on incomplete information. By adhering to the facts and evidence, we can become better informed and arrive at a more credible conclusion.

In each transcript, there exist anomalies that have been brought to light. These anomalies include missing words and discrepancies in the data that were never clarified. Along with, inaccurate dates and times that were never rectified, leading to confusion. In such an event, it falls upon the judge to ensure that all statements from both the prosecution and defense are clarified so that all transcripts are accurate to avoid any issues if the suspect is released without prejudice.
The judicial system must maintain its integrity by ensuring that all transcripts are accurate and clear for all who view them. The court should have taken swift and decisive action to rectify errors and oversights. The responsibility of ensuring that justice is served lies with the court.
This raises the question of why didn't the judge ask for clarification. The accuracy of details is paramount, especially in a murder case. Even the court's audio was brought to the forefront. It is concerning that the statement from a witness can be misconstrued in the transcript, leading to confusion and errors in the judicial process.
The courts need to ensure that an accurate digital recording can be understood by the transcribing service so that they can hear every word.. Otherwise, you are left with "..." and more " ... " which leads you to more questions and theories of what has occurred. There is so much corruption in this case the worst part about it is from both sides.

Suzanne’s case is indeed heart-wrenching, and it is important to honor her memory by seeking justice. However, it is concerning that one individual is using her case to further their own political agenda or gain media attention by going on rants on social media. This behavior is not only unproductive but also disrespectful to Suzanne and her family. It is understandable to have differing opinions on the case, but it is crucial to remain respectful and factual when discussing it. Spreading misinformation or engaging in narcissistic behavior does nothing to help the case and only serves to silence Suzanne’s voice. We must work together to ensure that Suzanne’s case is handled appropriately, and that justice is served. This can only be achieved by engaging in constructive discussions and avoiding childish behavior. Let us all work towards the same end goal which is Justice for Suzanne.
Each side has presented their version of the truth and the evidence upon which they base their claims to persuade you to believe that the suspect is either guilty or innocent. However, make no mistake Suzanne Morphew was murdered and placed in a shallow grave. So the question remains Who Murdered Suzanne Morphew? and When? And who put her in the shallow grave? Iris Eytan, will tell you at this time Barry Morphew is innocent. The Prosecution will tell you he was guilty the first time he was arrested and then released without prejudice. Now with the case being held in the 12th Judicial Court system maybe there is still hope the truth will come to light..
