SA Grusing showed Barry a photo sent by Suzanne to Liebler in the morning of May 9th 2020 with a series of texts discussing Barry's desire to move to Arizona. When SA Grusing asked if that was her closet, Barry said, "Yep." The texts discussed pizza from the night before, and Barry said, "Yeah."

Who is driving the bobcat in the driveway at Puma Path 10 minutes after Barry went to get pizza, was it the killer?

How did Suzanne take the photo of Barry at Moonlight Pizza if she was at home messaging Liebler at

7:18 pm.

Wouldn’t Suzanne hear the bobcat driving around in the driveway at 7:18 pm?

How did Barry call Gene on his way back from Moonlight Pizza when the call to Gene was at 7:02 pm? And Barry left to get the pizza at 7:15 pm a round trip of about 40 to 50 minutes depending on how long he was waiting in line at Moonlight Pizza. But in the message to Liebler it says “Picked up pizza, and looked around town at houses for sale” How long did they spend looking at house’s for sale, and they would have eaten the pizza in the Range Rover.

If Barry is driving west on his way home to Puma Path when he calls Suzanne at 7:06 pm it doesn’t give him much time to get home and leave at 7:15 pm to drive to Moonlight Pizza. But Barry said he went in Suzanne’s Range Rover and her Range Rover was 3 miles behind Barry’s truck. Suzanne would be struggling to get back in time for Barry to leave at 7:15 pm and if she went with him why say to Jeff “he was gone for a bit” when they were in the car together? And how was she sending selfies from her closet?

The GPS coordinates of the truck do not change between 2:44:37 pm and 4:44:00 pm they don’t change until 9:26:02 pm. This was more than a lie this is stepping over the line.

Barry was shown a picture of the locations around the Morphew house of Suzanne's phone activity at 4:10 AM and 4:15 AM on May 10th 2020. He said, "Well, if she did that, I have no idea that it went anywhere but the house, but if you was to ask me, I'd say, 'It was at the house the whole time."'

SA Grusing told Barry that Agents wanted to complete this with him this evening. He asked, "Is it gonna be done?" When told it would be done, Barry asked, "Done, done?"

SA Grusing told Barry if he sat down with Agents and went through the binder, Agents would be done talking to him. Barry asked, "But what if I tell you something wrong that was di---wha--(UI) different with Joe and Derek?" SA Grusing and SA Harris explained that Barry was helpful today and that other interviews would be the same. He said, "I mean, these things, are just, they're not even relevant. I just.." SA Grusing said Agents have a lot data and Barry is the one who knows. He said, "Alright, I'll call you when I get finished," and he walked away.

[In this interview, Barry again significantly altered his prior statements to adjust to evidence presented to him. He said he turned left on Highway 50 as he left the house on May 10th to see where elk were going, which put him in the direction of Suzanne's helmet. The admission to SA Harris was the first time Barry admitted to turning left on Highway 50, away from the Broomfield route. This accounts for the missing mileage from his return to trip home from the Broomfield hotel - Barry's odometer registered a 183-mile trip to the hotel that morning, including about 2 miles of deviations, and a 167-mile trip on the same route home - for an approximate 14 extra miles.]

Barry eventually pointed to an area on a Google map that indicated he turned his truck around at an exit in Garfield, Colorado, about five miles in the opposite direction of his trip.

Barry's trip to Garfield adds an approximate five miles each way to his morning trip, and places Barry and his vehicle in the direction the helmet was discarded - west from the bicycle.

SA Grusing told Barry that Barry's explanation of going to Garfield helped explain the missing seven miles each way from his truck, something Joe did not know in July.

Barry said he turned around at the 228 in Garfield which would only account for 5.1 miles in total,

not 10 miles, and definitely not 14 miles. I think Grusing should get a calculator for Xmas.

I don’t believe Barry ever turned left in his truck towards the bike helmet site, I believe Barry made up the Fable about Bull Elk to help LE finish up their investigation.

LE were happy with accounting for the missing miles and putting Barry at the bike helmet site on Mother’s Day morning.
